IV THERAPY 30 HR CERTIFICATION (Online version - requires skill competency check prior to the examination)
The online IV course include:
1. Review the online course content (PDF review required - any additional recourses are not mandatory).
2.Competency requirements must be obtained through an employer, facility or institution with a preceptor. The preceptor may be a Registered Nurse, Physician or Dentist.
The amount of times a specific procedure has to be repeated to demonstrate competency will be determined by the preceptor, the employer or as required by the Board of Nursing or any other governing agencies of the profession.
After successful completion; skills competency checklist will be completed by the preceptor as mentioned above, and should be returned to TRAIN FOR SUCCESS INC.
3. After TRAIN FOR SUCCESS receives the successful skill competency check sheet (s) an email will be sent to you with access information for the examination.
Pass rate of 80 % is required.
4.CE Credits will be submitted to CE Broker as applicable (see the Boards approval / Accreditation list).
5. Print your certificate after successful completion of the examination.
6. Complete the COURSE EVALUATION.
